Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:
    All cancellations must be made in writing by email addressed to our Customer Service Centre at info@getblackcab.com. Cancellations will be subject to a company and administrative fee of £35.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Before 72 Hours: If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled journey date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
    • Within 72 Hours: If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled journey date, you will not be eligible for a refund. Should you cancel your booking directly with the transport provider, we will send you an email requesting confirmation of your cancellation. Please confirm your cancellation using the links provided in the email.
    • Driver Delay: If the driver does not arrive at the agreed pick-up point within 15 minutes of the agreed time (30 minutes for airport pick-ups) and you choose not to use the service, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fare, including any card costs if paid in advance by card. If you proceed with the trip despite the delay, you will not be entitled to any refund.
    • Customer Delay: If you are not at the agreed pick-up point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the driver may consider it a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. If the driver waits beyond 15 minutes, additional charges for waiting time and parking fees will apply and must be paid directly to the driver.
  3. No Show and Non-Usage:
    • If you do not wish to use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking in writing, no refunds will be provided.
    • Cancellation of the return leg of your journey will not entitle you to any refund.
  4. Pre-Paid Bookings:
    • Any refunds due to cancellations or complaints for pre-paid bookings will be made to the card used for payment within up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  5. Credit Accounts:
    • Customers with credit accounts or account balances will be exempt from cancellation charges.
  6. Supplier No Show:
    • In the event of a booking cancellation or no show by a supplier, you must contact Get Black Cab Ltd within 7 days to issue your refund.
  7. Inaccurate Booking Details:
    • If you provide inaccurate details (e.g., invalid or missing postcode, incorrect customer name, email, or phone number), you will not be entitled to a refund. Additional charges may be incurred from the supplier to complete the trip.
