  • Welcome to Get Black Cab Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

2. Services Provided

  • Get Black Cab Ltd offers taxi and transportation services, including black cab hire, airport transfers, executive travel, tour services, and wheelchair-accessible taxis.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, app, or customer service center.
  • Payment for services must be made in advance unless you have an account with us. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
  • Invoices will be issued for account holders and must be paid within the specified terms.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@getblackcab.com.
  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled journey, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled journey are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the event of a no-show by the driver within 15 minutes of the agreed pick-up time (30 minutes for airport pick-ups), you are entitled to a full refund if you choose not to proceed with the trip.
  • If the customer is not at the pick-up point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the driver may consider it a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

5. Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking fees, and any changes to the booked journey.
  • Incorrect details (e.g., invalid postcode) provided by the customer may incur additional charges.

6. Service Availability

  • Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Safety and Conduct

  • Safety is our top priority. All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by the driver may result in the termination of the journey, and no refund will be provided.

8. Liability

  • Get Black Cab Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
  • We are not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing to info@getblackcab.com within 7 days of the incident.
  • We will investigate and respond to complaints promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent arbitration service.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Get Black Cab Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
